Meet David Reindel

 

A Personal Touch from a Committed Person

“After making the Dean’s list at Central State University, I couldn’t get a break in my career of choice…nuclear power.  So this physics major began selling shoes to pay the bills.  In 1971 I applied for an opening with an insurance company.  I like numbers and I like people so it seemed like a good fit.  It worked well.  I had eight offices by the early ‘90s.  As the business grew, the administrative and management demands pulled me away from client contact.  The people part of the business had always been a top priority in job satisfaction for me. You would think a physics major should be tucked away in a lab room someplace wearing a white smock and working with test tubes and white mice.   Not me.

So I started over.  I met Fran Tarkenton, now Chairman of Tarkenton Financial.  I became his first affiliate.  Fran’s not only a great football player, but also a great business professional and I found we both have an obsession with customer focus.  Everything was a good fit.  I’m proud to say Reindel Retirement Solutions has been the consistent #1 producer among all 200 Tarkenton Financial affiliates.  And I’ll tell you why:  We do it the right way… taking care of business one customer at a time.  My wife Janet and I conduct about forty retirement planning seminars each year to a huge audience of people eager to learn how to plan and protect their futures.

I wrote the book “Don’t Die Broke“ which gains more traction everyday as more of us look for guidance to manage through these challenging times.  The demand for more information on retirement planning has led me to the radio.  I host a weekly radio show where I provide current and relevant information for those thinking about retirement.
